2007 Scholarship Information

The Poppy Jasper Film Festival (PJFF) is accepting applications for its third annual  $1,000 scholarship to a graduating high school senior who is a student in the Morgan Hill Unified School District or a Morgan Hill resident. 

The requirements for application are that the applicant:

1. Has a minimum 3.0/4.0 average,
2. Is planning to study film or media in college,
3. Submit a 500 word essay on the impact he/she will make in the film industry
   [Please submit this on a separate sheet of paper]
4. Submit two letters of recommendation from teachers (or field related activity or job supervisors)
5. Resume or portfolio of experience in any aspect of film or media (e.g, designing sets, editing, directing)

Morgan Hill Unified students can apply through normal scholarship channels at their high schools; other interested Morgan Hill students should download this application (pdf) off of the web site and send entire package to:
